The apartment is located on the first floor, to offer the added bonus of one of the largest sea-facing balconies of Puerto Pollensa (including dining table and sunbeds). There is a large lounge, equipped with sofas, TV (free channels), wi-fi, dining table, patio doors lading to the outside, as well as a separate fully equipped kitchen. The 3 bedrooms, spacious and welcoming, are respectively a double, a twin and a single, for a total of up to 5 guests. There are also 2 large bathrooms with bathtub + shower over.

Very good location. Spacious well equipped apartment. Great balcony and views. Sealand Villas very quick to respond when light bulbs needed replacing.
Grouting around the bath in poor condition. Inconsistent temperature in shower in one bathroom. Couldn't find and British tv channels.

Amazing location, with an exceptional balcony overlooking the beach. Everything you need is within a few hundred metres.
Quite dated. No aircon in the main living room. Quite difficult to get the hot water consistent which is a challenge with a family of 5.
