Villa Ca la Tia Joanaina is an exciting, brand new property uniquely located just a couple of steps away from the beach and shops of Puerto Pollensa. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning ( For the comfort of our guests, air-conditioning is available and included in the price between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am.) and a large private pool, this villa is a true gem in the most sought after location. A car is not required and you will have all the necessary facilities virtually at your doorstep!

Inside, the villa is set over one floor and has been totally renovated to include the most modern facilities and contemporary design. The interiors are spacious, airy and welcoming, perfect for an unforgettable holiday. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 twins and 1 double, as well as 2 family bathrooms with shower. The fully equipped kitchen has all the most modern appliances and a dining table for 6. Large patio doors lead outside to the open veranda by the poolside, with dining table and barbecue. The lounge, once again air-conditioned, has a comfortable leather sofa and flat screen TV.

Outside, the most unique feature for a house in this location, is the incredibily large swimming pool. Is provided with a sunbathing terrace with sunbeds perfect for relaxing under the sun. But with the perfect sandy beach at your doorstep, the choice will be hard: pool or beach?

Free air conditioning is available from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.

For cycling enthusiasts, Villa Ca la Tia Joanaina also offers access to a secure bicycle storage garage located just two streets away from the property. Guests wishing to use this facility can collect the key from our office upon arrival (a refundable deposit is required) and simply return it on the day of departure.

Thank you for a lovely stay. the place is in a great location, so close to the beach and great restaurants. The host was really quick to respond and so friendly. I'd definitely keep this place in mind next time we ever go back to port de pollenca.

Excellent comfortable house in perfect location

Fab location so close to the beach and every amenity (big and small supermarkets). Great little pool. All felt very private. V comfortable beds. Extremely well equipped house. Ideal place for a hol without a car (bus station 5 min walk)

Had a great stay here, the location is excellent and very nice to have a pool. We had a slight issue with the back door not locking but was rectified the same day we raised the concern, so that was great. We never cooked in so can’t really comment on that

Location was amazing. Nice size swimming pool. Inside area was a good size with everything we needed. A perfect base for our holiday

The outside area was very dirty when we arrived. It just needed a good sweep which we did ourselves so it didn't ruin the holiday. We left it cleaner than it was when we arrived!!

The location is excellent. Having a private pool in a secluded garden, excellent. We had everything we needed in the villa and loved the little welcome packs, its so lovely to sit outside next to the pool, there are plenty of chairs and loungers and a hug

The TV leads had been unscrewed (?) so no TV and no wi fi when we arrived. Emergency number was not answered for over 2 hours but the problem was fixed that night. Instead of sweeping the leaves up around the pool they have been brushed into the base of t

Great location, modern and comfortable villa

The location was great, very close to the beach and local shops. The villa had plenty of space for a family of four and a pleasant outdoor area that was quiet to sit out in the afternoon.

Upon arrival on the Friday morning we discovered there was no hot water. This was reported but not fixed until the Saturday evening, the management company did apologise but we felt that this is something that should have checked as we were the first gues
