Can Bauza is a beautiful and spacious 4-bedroomed villa with private pool, perfectly located just steps away from the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa and the wide array of facilities that this sought after holiday resort can offer. Perfect for all those guests who want to live their holidays in contact with the sea at the relaxing atmosphere of Mallorca without the need to rely constantly on a car, Can Bauza offers unbeatable value for money for up to 8 guests. The interiors, welcoming and airy, together with the bonus of an inviting private garden with lawn and swimming pool will be the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday.

Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors and has been carefully designed to provide wide spaces to spend time all together. On the ground floor there is a huge lounge (with patio doors opening out to the pool patio), a separate fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, 4 cooking rings, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine), a double bedroom and a family shower room. On the upper floor there are 3 further large bedrooms: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and 2 twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom with bathtub. All the bedrooms have access to private terraces offering lovely views over the pool and the local pine trees: a beautiful sight at any time of the day! T

For the comfort of our guests, air conditioning is available with presence sensor system

Outside, the villa has extensive paved terraces both on ground floor and first floor, perfect for enjoying a delicious al-fresco dinner or a glass of wine while enjoying the views (a large dining table is provided). A brick-built barbecue is also available. The private swimming pool is equipped with comfortable sunbeds and will be the perfect spot for chilling out after a long day on the nearby beach.

Tourist tax is included in the rates.

Important information to keep in mind:

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete the online check-in for all guests.
