Can Marti Cirerer is a lovely 3-bedroomed property with shared swimming pool, uniquely located just steps away from the sought after sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa. With a wide array of shops, restaurants and facilities virtually at your doorstep (a car is not required) and the added comfort of renovated interiors, private garden area, air-conditioning and swimming pool, this apartment ticks all the boxes!

Inside, the apartment measures the impressive size of 120sqm and has a spacious living/dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The interiors are stylish and well furnished, and are full of natural light. The bedrooms are respectively 2 doubles and 1 twin. One of the double bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom, while the other 2 bedrooms share a large family bathroom.

Air conditioning available from 14:00h to 16:00h and from 20:00h to 08:00h.

Outside, a lovely garden with dining facilities complement the setting. The inviting shared pool is an added bonus, very difficult to find in other properties so close to the sea! The swimming pool is shared only between the 6 apartments of the building, therefore there will be plenty of space for all the guests to enjoy.

Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the day of check-out, no garbage should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will apply for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
