Casa Antonia is a spacious and welcoming holiday home, combining the freedom of a villa with the high value for money of a seaside apartment. Occupying on the ground floor of a small residential building, just 2 steps away from the sandy beach and many amenities of Puerto Pollensa, Casa Antonia can sleep up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms surrounded by the most modern comforts for a truly relaxing holiday. Thanks to its patio, perfect for outdoor living, and wide array of shops within easy walking distance, a car is not necessary!

Entrance is onto a spacious lounge with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, air-conditioning and wi-fi internet. The separate kitchen, brand new and purposely-built, has a large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine as well as a dining table. There are 3 bedrooms in total, all airy and welcoming. They are respectively a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with bathtub + shower over while the remaining 2 bedrooms share a family shower room.

Being all on one floor, Casa Antonia is also perfect for families with children and for guests with reduced mobility.

Outside, one of the most unique features of Casa Antonia, is the beautiful private patio with pergola. Equipped with dining table and barbecue, it is the perfect place to enjoy the mild weather of Mallorca all summer long while enjoying a delicious al-fresco dinner.

The tourist tax is included in the rates. Air conditioning available from 14:00h to 16:00h and from 20:00h to 08:00h.

Location. Peace and quiet.

Not being able to turn on the air conditioning whenever we want. It's not so necessary all night if it's already on. However, at 4 or 5 in the afternoon when it's extremely hot, you can't turn it on. It's absurd. And a shame.

The location is great, short distances to everywhere. We especially made a lot of use of the terrace under the shady vine foliage.

We really lacked a few basic items in the equipment. 6 cups for 4 people is too few, especially since you don't want to run the dishwasher all the time. Plates, glasses etc. were sufficient. We would really have liked 2 sun loungers

The house is clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and modern. The terrace is the best spot in the house to have breakfast and dinner, and the location is excellent, just a few meters from the beach and several restaurants. I definitely recommend it.

Ideally there would be beach chairs and an umbrella... but maybe that's asking too much?

Very nice apartment, handy location and perfect for the Family of 4. Plenty of parking and good access to the Pine walk and beach. Nice and quiet in the later evenings. Local services very freindly like Bike hire and water sports. Perfect little beach acr

Back gate needs to be fixed. Very hard to open and close.Cooker was hard to use. My 85 Year old Mother could not use it, hence unable to cook in apartment. Smaller bedroom could do with a chest of drawers for clothes.

Excellent location. 100m from the beach, the boulevard with all kinds of little restaurants. Supermarket also 100m away. We came here to cycle. Excellent base for a cycling holiday too, with plenty of beautiful routes nearby.

The kitchen is very well equipped, we liked the outdoor area best and the room layout is also great. The contact person was also very friendly. Highly recommended, Port de Pollença is lovely, especially the market in the town :)

Very nice apartment very close to the beach - the only annoyance were ants, which gradually found their way into the apartment. It would also be desirable to have more hooks and shelf space in the bathrooms.
