Beachfront Apartment Saralegui: location, location, location! No words can describe better the unique feature of this comfortable apartment. Located right on the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa, with a wide array of shops and restaurants virtually at your doorstep, this apartment is set to impress for its light and airy feeling as well as for its breathtaking views. Sleeping up to 6 guests in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, and measuring more than 160sqm plus a sea-facing terrace, this apartment will not disappoint.

Inside, the apartment is airy and extremely well finished. It has a large lounge with dining area (quipped with sofas, satellite TV, wi-fi internet, dining table for 6), a fully equipped separate kitchen, 3 air.conditioned bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins) and 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower). Air-conditioning is available for our guests and included in the rental price at set times (2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am).

Outside, the huge terrace (accessed from the lounge) is a true heaven. Furnished with table, chairs and rattan sofas, it offers the most beautiful and unobstructed views over the sea and the sandy beach. This is definitely a holiday home not to be missed!

The tourist tax is included in the rates.

Information to note:

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.

The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
