Inside, the villa is set over one floor. The entrance opens into a useful hallway, leading to an open-plan lounge/dining room. The room is light and airy, is furnished in the traditional Mallorcan style and is divided in half by a traditional stone archway. From both areas, large French doors open out to a huge covered terrace, facing the pool area. It is paved on all sides and offers unobstructed views. Off the lounge/dining room there is a fully fitted, American style kitchen with pantry. There is one twin bedroom and one double bedroom and both share a bathroom with a shower.

Outside, the large covered terrace leads to an open terrace, complete with a beautiful barbecue area and an exterior shower room. The large private pool surrounded by mature gardens and fruit trees, perfect to enjoy the truly Mallorcan atmosphere and nature!
