On the ground floor of the villa, you will find a dining room decorated with great taste, with local stone walls that provide character and warmth to the space. The fully equipped kitchen has a door that provides direct access to the exterior, facilitating access to outdoor areas. On this floor, there is also a complete bathroom with a modern hydromassage shower over the bathtub. The stairs, which lead to the first floor, take you to a double bedroom, and from there a hallway provides access to a second double bedroom, a room with two single beds, and another complete two-level bathroom.

In the front part of the villa, there is a spacious covered terrace, furnished with a wooden table and benches, perfect for enjoying outdoor dinners and social gatherings. Right next to it is the magnificent swimming pool, surrounded by grass, offering panoramic views of the countryside and mountains. Mosson offers air conditioning available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure your comfort during the hottest days.
