Mosson

Mosson is a traditional and spacious villa in Mallorcan style, surrounded by beautiful gardens and with an exceptional location. Just a few minutes walk from the beach and less than 2 km from the amenities of Puerto de Pollensa, this property offers the best of both worlds: proximity to the vibrant village life and the tranquility of a secluded environment. Located at the end of a dead-end street, the villa enjoys absolute peace and a relaxing atmosphere, ideal for disconnecting.

With capacity to accommodate up to 6 people, Mosson has 3 bedrooms and offers impressive views of the Boquer mountains, creating a picturesque and serene environment. Additionally, it features a spacious private pool with Roman stairs, perfect for enjoying a sunny day.

On the ground floor of the villa, you will find a dining room decorated with great taste, with local stone walls that provide character and warmth to the space. The fully equipped kitchen has a door that provides direct access to the exterior, facilitating access to outdoor areas. On this floor, there is also a complete bathroom with a modern hydromassage shower over the bathtub. The stairs, which lead to the first floor, take you to a double bedroom, and from there a hallway provides access to a second double bedroom, a room with two single beds, and another complete two-level bathroom.

In the front part of the villa, there is a spacious covered terrace, furnished with a wooden table and benches, perfect for enjoying outdoor dinners and social gatherings. Right next to it is the magnificent swimming pool, surrounded by grass, offering panoramic views of the countryside and mountains. The pool is equipped with Roman steps and is complemented by sun loungers and umbrellas so you can relax while enjoying the natural surroundings. The landscaped areas surrounding the pool are ideal for playing, sunbathing, or simply relaxing outdoors.

Mosson offers air conditioning available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure your comfort during the hottest days.

Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
