The apartment impresses from the moment you enter, thanks to its panoramic views and strategic location. Located on the second floor with an elevator, this bright and spacious apartment has three cozy bedrooms. It is fully air-conditioned, with air conditioning in both the bedrooms and the living room, ensuring a comfortable environment during your stay.

Upon entering the apartment, you will be greeted by a bedroom with two single beds, offering views of the street, along with a double bedroom that share a full bathroom. Moving down the hallway, you will reach a spacious open-concept living-dining room, which connects to a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare your meals with total comfort. The living room, filled with natural light, offers an ideal space to relax, with WIFI connection and cable television for your entertainment.

From the kitchen, you can access the laundry room, which is equipped with a washing machine for your convenience.

The main bedroom, with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, is a true luxury. This bedroom is the highlight of the apartment, as it has direct access to an incredible private balcony, from where you can enjoy stunning sea views.

Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the day of check-out, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it, otherwise a €150 waste management fee will be charged.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

The air conditioning is available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
