Pedra Vista

Pedra Vista is a charming villa, whose name reflects its essence: a beautiful stone construction that combines tradition and comfort. With 3 bedrooms and spacious interiors full of character, it is located at the foot of the Boquer mountains, surrounded by well-maintained gardens and a private pool. Less than 1 km from the Puerto Pollensa complex, it is just a few minutes' walk from bars, shops, restaurants and the sandy beach, offering an exceptional location. The villa combines the rustic atmosphere of Mallorcan farmhouses with modern amenities. Distributed on a single floor, it has a living-dining room with wooden beams, three bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and two bathrooms, one of them with an elevated oval bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen allows for preparing meals during the stay. At the back, a large covered terrace connects to the dining room and one of the bedrooms, with views of the pool and gardens. The terrace includes a barbecue, ideal for outdoor dinners enjoying the sunset over the mountains. The air conditioning operates during limited hours from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am, ensuring comfort during the hottest hours. Information to be taken into account: In case of key loss or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside those hours. New keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
