Distributed on a single floor, the villa offers modern and spacious interiors, organized around an elegant central garden-patio that provides natural light and serenity to the entire space. With a total of 4 spacious bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and three additional bedrooms also with double beds, the villa is ideal for comfortably accommodating groups of friends or families. The three modern bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bathtub, are designed with a contemporary style and are equipped with all the necessary amenities.

The spacious living room, perfectly equipped with comfortable sofas, a dining table for 8 people, satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet, DVD player, and music system, becomes the perfect place to relax and socialize. From the living room, you can directly access a shaded terrace furnished with armchairs, an ideal space to enjoy a good conversation or a good book. The independent kitchen, fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, connects directly to the pool terrace, which features a barbecue and an outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends.

In the exterior, Villa Pinaret offers various terraces, both in the front and back of the villa, so guests can enjoy the Mallorcan sun throughout the day. The air conditioning is included free of charge and available during established hours, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, to ensure a comfortable stay during warm summer nights.
