The air conditioning is available in the living room and the main bedroom. For machinery rest, the air conditioning is only turned off between 6:00 and 11:00 in the morning. This ensures that guests enjoy a fresh and comfortable environment during the day and night.

Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest from our office.

On the check-out day, no trash should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send you an online check-in link to register all guests.
