The villa is distributed over 2 floors, with the living room located on the ground floor surrounding the pool terrace. The entrance is through a beautifully furnished living room with satellite TV, DVD player, and comfortable sofas. On this floor, there is also an elegant kitchen (fully equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer), a magnificent master bedroom and 2 double bedrooms, all equipped with en-suite shower. The large patio doors provide direct access to the pool area with hydromassage jets, comfortable sun loungers, and a perfect relaxation area to enjoy a relaxing drink by the pool. A staircase leads to the upper floor, with a lovely billiard room and a partially covered terrace with barbecue, perfect for dining outdoors.

Important information to keep in mind:

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete the online check-in for all guests.

Villa was spotlessly clean and catered for all our needs. Its in an excellent location being only a 2 minute walk from the Pine Walk and central to all the shops, bars and restaurants.

The villa while situated in the centre of town has an enclosed pool and decking area where we were able to enjoy peace and privacy

The decking area could do with a small upgrade as it is showing signs of wear and tear

Spacious, clean, lots of equipment and nice that basics like soap, bin bags etc were available.

Pool deck could use some attention. No blankets/duvets available and it was a bit cold

There was a large lump of carbon material on the rug when we arrived so the first thing we had to do was vacuum. The door & window in the back bedroom need maintenance. There were raised nails on the decking. An extra key would be useful.

Great location and spacious accommodation, plenty of kitchen utilities and plates etc. Cleaners came as per the arranged time slot.

The place was very clean and tidy with a welcome pack upon arrival. I did have a problem opening the safe as it was closed upon arrival and the given code did not work - however this was quickly resolved after reporting.
