Viña Maria is situated just a few minutes driving from both Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. It is a traditional, typically Pollensan, countryside finca. It comes highly recommended and enjoys many repeat customers, year after year. Tastefully furnished with comfort, the villa has a stylish and welcoming feel with the added benefit of air-conditioning in the lounge and all bedrooms to aid a restful nights sleep during the sultry, summer evenings. The shaded terrace overlooking the pool and garden provides a lovely spot to relax and enjoy an afternoon siesta whilst the family are splashing around in the refreshing waters of the swimming pool. The covered dining area and built-in barbecue allow guests to cook up some traditional Spanish cuisine with the ingredients sourced from the weekly farmer's market, held on Sundays in Pollensa town square.

Important information to keep in mind:
In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.
Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete the online check-in for all guests.

Gorgeous villa 20 minutes walk from Port de Pollenca and less than 5 minute drive from the supermarket. Really quiet and beautiful surroundings and plenty of space. Perfect for a group of friends or family.

Although we were given the wrong address, which cause quite a bit of stress on our arrival, we were lucky that our taxi driver helped us to reach someone at Sea Villas who guided us to the right address. Once we got to the house we were delighted. The house was very clean, comfortable and we felt straight at home. Sadly the welcome pack wasn’t there when we arrived but it was brought to us on the Monday. The house and the pool were just great and the location as well. There is a mini market 15 minutes walk from the house and Port de Pollença is around 35 minutes walk with lively restaurants, walks and a bigger shop to bug groceries. The bus stop is 10 minutes walk utes from the house se we went on a day trip in the local bus to Palma. All and all, besides the scare at the beginning, we had an amazing time in the house!
