Villa Can Marco

Villa Marco is an impressive and spacious vacation home, ideal for those seeking to relax and enjoy a welcoming environment. With capacity to accommodate up to 10 guests, the villa has 5 spacious bedrooms and is surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens. Its strategic location near Alcudia, Pollensa, and Puerto Pollensa makes it the perfect option for large families or groups of friends who wish to explore the north of Mallorca.

The interior of the villa is divided into two zones, and its design has been thought out to offer both comfort and style. Upon entering, there is a spacious living-dining room that connects to a large terrace. Next to this space is a modern fully equipped kitchen. On this floor, there is also a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, which includes a jacuzzi, as well as a bedroom with two single beds. Going down some stairs, access is gained to three more double bedrooms: one with an en-suite bathroom and another shared bathroom for the other two rooms.The villa offers a spacious private pool of 10m x 5m, located in the front of the house, surrounded by extensive gardens with grass, shrubs, and flowers. Umbrellas and sun loungers are provided for all guests, ensuring maximum comfort. Additionally, next to the pool is a large covered terrace with a barbecue, making it the perfect place to enjoy outdoor meals. Villa Marco is the ideal place to make the most of the outdoors while enjoying the best amenities of the island.

Air conditioning available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, for your total comfort.

Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
