Villa Luisa is a charming house located in Crestax, a quiet residential area between Sa Pobla and the historic Roman city of Pollensa. Ideal for couples, this romantic property is surrounded by beautiful gardens that frame a private pool, and is complemented by a shaded terrace that connects directly to the living room, providing a perfect space to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.

Interior features:

Inside the house, you'll find a comfortable and well-furnished environment, creating a cosy home for those seeking a peaceful getaway. The American kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. The open-plan living-dining room is tastefully decorated and features a flat-screen TV and direct access to the outdoor terrace, perfect for enjoying fresh air. On the ground floor, you'll also find the washing machine for added convenience.

First floor:

On the first floor, you'll find the double bedroom, offering a cool and comfortable refuge. The house's bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower, creating a relaxing environment after a day exploring the area.

Exteriors:

The exterior of Villa Luisa is perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The villa features a covered dining area and a built-in barbecue, ideal for enjoying delicious outdoor meals in company. The well-maintained gardens and private pool are the perfect place to relax, sunbathe, or take a refreshing swim.

Location:

The house is just a 15-minute drive from the popular city of Pollensa, famous for its weekly market every Sunday, as well as its numerous shops, bars, and restaurants. The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are a short drive away, offering additional options to enjoy the beautiful coasts of Mallorca.

Air conditioning and other services:

Air conditioning is available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, ensuring a comfortable rest during the warmest moments of the day and night. Additionally, the tourist tax is included in the price, making your stay experience easier.

Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
