Villa Ses Porrasses is a large stone beautiful clad family villa able to accommodate 14 people in this wonderful 7 bedroom villa nestled at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountain. With it's own driveway leading up to this stunning property with a wrap around veranda, stunning views and large terraces to enjoy al fresco dining.

Villa is on a two floors existing of 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin) with two bathrooms on the ground floor and five bedrooms ( 1 double and 4 twins) each with on-suite bathrooms on the first floor. One of the bathrooms has a beautiful sunken bath to enjoy. All the rooms are beautifully decorated to a very high standard and fully air conditioned. The main living L shaped lounge area has sumptuous couches to laze around in with dining area adjacent to this, wifi and smart TV are available.. There is a downstairs toilet and stairs leading to the bedrooms from the lounge. Also there is an added benefit of a pool table at the top of these stairs with doors leading to the wrap around balcony and a comfortable seating area.

The large family kitchen is on the ground floor with gas hob and electric oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a sitting area.

On the main outside large beautiful covered terraces, you have many sitting areas to enjoy for drinks in the evening sunset, or lounge around in the sun during the day. The amazing pool has easy access from the terrace to enjoy with sun loungers around the pool. 

Outside heated pool (April, May and October months only on request and with a cost) with plenty of terrace space, covered terrace with dining tables and sofas. BBQ area
