Villa Ses Porrasses is a large family villa clad in beautiful stone with capacity for 14 people in this marvellous 7-bedroom villa located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain. With its own driveway leading to this impressive property with a wraparound terrace, stunning views and spacious terraces to enjoy an outdoor dinner. The villa has two floors and consists of 2 bedrooms with two bathrooms on the ground floor and five bedrooms each with a private bathroom on the first floor. One of the bathrooms has a beautiful sunken bathtub to enjoy. All rooms are beautifully decorated to a very high standard and have air conditioning. The main L-shaped living room has sumptuous sofas to relax and an adjacent dining room, wifi and smart TV available. There is a bathroom on the ground floor and stairs leading to the rooms from the lounge. There is also an additional advantage: at the top of these stairs with doors leading to the wraparound balcony and a comfortable sitting area. The large family kitchen is on the ground floor with gas hob and electric oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a living room. In the main exterior area, large and beautiful covered terraces, it has many rest areas to enjoy drinks at sunset or relax under the sun during the day. The incredible pool has easy access from the terrace to enjoy the sunbeds around the pool. Outdoor heated pool (April, May and October only upon request and at an additional cost) with plenty of terrace space, covered terrace with dining tables and sofas. Barbecue area The tourist tax is included in the price. Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.

Important information to keep in mind:

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete the online check-in for all guests.

Very beautiful house with a wonderful outdoor area and a great, spacious garden. There was plenty of tableware available, and each room had its own bathroom. However, I can imagine it being quite cold in winter, as there were only very thin blankets — even in October, we already found it a bit chilly. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend this house to others!

Nice property, great area, but if investment in the bathrooms isn't made urgently, it won't be rentable anymore

Everything is already quite old and partly broken too. The bathrooms/showers only work in half of the rooms. Either no water, hardly any water, or cold water. Unfortunately the shower cubicles are almost all broken. Doors barely

Nice house and swimming pool. Good for long stays. Definitely showers need to be renovated, most of them are not working (cold water, doors broken) and really dirty.

Idyllic

Great villa, all the rooms had ensuites, the kitchen came with loads of appliances and a few fun activities dotted around (pool table, ping pong, foosball). The pool was great, deep and warmed by the sun. Beds firm and very comfortable. Airconditioning in

The showers are a struggle if a more than 23 people are showering at once as it loses pressure, otherwise it was great.

Dreamlike for families and groups!

Phenomenal outdoor area with its own lemon and orange trees, very well-maintained pool. Extremely quiet location with no disturbing neighbours. The interior is stunning, everything in perfect condition, every bedroom has its own great bathroom.
