A cozy and spacious 270 m² family home located in the heart of Valldemossa, a picturesque and charming village in the Serra de Tramuntana. With high-quality finishes and modern decor, the house features a private 5 x 5-meter pool and a large terrace, providing the perfect environment for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. Pets are allowed upon request, making it ideal for families traveling with their pets.

The house is situated just 15-20 minutes by car from Palma city and the main beaches and coves of the area, such as the famous Cala Deià, known for its natural beauty, or the Sa Foradada viewpoint, renowned for its stunning sunsets. The property also offers 2 private parking spaces, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious and bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, and a terrace that connects to the outdoor area, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, offering total privacy and comfort. One of the bedrooms also has access to a balcony with panoramic views.

The villa also has air conditioning available at specific times from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00 to ensure comfort throughout your stay. With its ideal location in the heart of Valldemossa and excellent facilities, this home is the perfect place for a relaxing and memorable vacation in the Serra de Tramuntana.

Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
