En la entrada, encontrarás una acogedora pérgola con mesa y banco de obra, perfecta para desayunos o cenas al aire libre. Además, la zona de barbacoa incluye una cocina exterior abierta totalmente equipada, pensada para disfrutar de agradables veladas en el exterior.

La propiedad también dispone de un garaje con espacio para guardar bicicletas, donde se encuentra la lavadora y una zona habilitada para tender la ropa.

La vivienda se distribuye en dos plantas y ofrece espacios amplios y confortables.

En caso de pérdida de llaves o si se dejan dentro del alojamiento, se aplicará un cargo de 50 € durante el horario de oficina y de 75 € fuera del horario de oficina. Las llaves nuevas deberán ser recogidas por el huésped en nuestra oficina.

El día del check‑out, no se debe dejar basura en la propiedad. Los huéspedes deben retirarla; de lo contrario, se aplicará un cargo de 150 € por la gestión de residuos.

El registro de huéspedes es exigido por la ley en España (Real Decreto 933/2021, de 26 de octubre) y Grecia (Ley 4446/2016), por lo cual cercano a su fecha de llegada, enviaremos un link de check in online para el registro de todos los huéspedes.

We spent a wonderful week here in September and couldn't have asked for a better stay. Three things really stood out for us: The huge swimming pool was an absolute highlight — our kids practically lived in it all week! It was the perfect way to relax and cool off every day. The location is wonderfully secluded, which made for such a quiet and peaceful stay. No noisy neighbors, just calm and privacy to truly enjoy our holiday. The kitchen was another huge plus — spacious enough to comfortably host eight people, and really well equipped. We loved cooking and eating our meals there together as a family. Overall, a fantastic house for a relaxing family getaway. We'd happily stay again!

We had a brilliant stay at Can Tirenet and would definitely recommend it to larger groups! There were eight of us and the villa had loads of space. The separate building with its own kitchen and dining area was a great feature and a real bonus. Outside is spot on—plenty of places to kick back and relax around the pool, terrace, and garden. The pool is a great size, and we got a lot of use out of the padel/tennis court (the racquets and balls being provided was a nice touch). You’ll definitely need a car. That said, it’s an easy drive to Pollença, Port d’Alcúdia, nearby beaches, and restaurants. Plus, having a Lidl five minutes down the road made stocking up super easy. A couple of minor electrical glitches popped up, but the host sorted them out straight away, and the garden just needed a quick lawn cut while we were there. The air con worked a treat in every room, making the summer heat totally manageable. All in all, a fantastic trip—we’d love to come back!

This is beautiful and spacious villa. we loved our family holiday here! the house is lovely and the separate large kitchen was a great feature as we could put the kids to sleep and still enjoy the rest of the evening without worrying about noise. about 10min away from alcúdia and 15min from Port de Pollença, a perfect distance to explore the nearby towns and beaches, while also enjoying chilled days at the villa, but you would need a car. The pool size was great and the trees around it give some nice shade in the morning and afternoon. The tênis court was a great feature too and we enjoyed playing Padel there. Only did not give 5 stars as there were some issues with the animeties, we were the 1st guest of this season and I dont think everything was checked prior to our arrival, however, when communicated, they were very responsive and sent some people over to check and sort the issues. Would definitely stay here again 🥰
