Description
Villa Jardi is a truly traditional Mallorcan farmhouse, accessed via an attractive archway and surrounded by extensive gardens with flowers, shrubs and orange trees. Located just 5 minutes drive away from the unspoilt beach of Cala San Vicente and sheltered by the high Tramuntana mountains, this villa is a perfect retreat to enjoy all the peace and atmosphere that Mallorca can offer.
Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors. The main entrance doors lead into a large hallway (serving also as a dining room) with stairs taking up to the first floor. To the left there is a purposedly built kitchen with many traditional features (as well as a walk-in pantry and adjacent utility room). An archway off the hallway / dining room leads into a sitting room with comfortable sofas, traditional Mallorcan features. On the ground floor there is also a WC for guests. On the upper floor there is another sitting area with comfy sofas, 3 bedrooms and 2 family bathrooms. The bedrooms are respectively 1 double and 2 twins, all beautifully furnished and full of character.
Both the entrance doors and the kitchen door lead out to the partially covered dining terrace, barbecue and pool area. The terrace is beautifully furnished with outdoor armchairs while a shaded pergola is also available for the guests to enjoy and chill out during the hottest hours of the day. The L shaped pool is surrounded on three sides by grass and to the other side by patio with a stone BBQ and dining table and chairs. A further table and chairs are situated just in front of the kitchen - ideal for breakfast.
Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am

Beautiful villa in a great location

The villa was great. The outside area is lovely, we loved picking oranges and lemons in the orchard and the pool is a good size. Inside is very comfortable and all the rooms are a good size.
We had issues with the air conditioning in one of the bedrplus

We had issues with the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms and the owners came out quickly to try and sort, eventually the whole unit had to be replaced but this was done without inconveniencing our stay and luckily we didn’t need the air conditioning on every night. The location is great for going into Pollenca and the local supermarkets. It’s really easy to get to Cala Sant Vincenc and also other areas of the north. I think it’s a bit too far to walk into Pollenca but only a €10 taxi ride if you want to leave the car at the villa. I would definitely consider returning to this villa. |

Lovely outside space with a superb pool area. We especially loved having access to the surrounding orchards where we were able to pick lemons and oranges and walk around with kids

The views wherever you were in the property were simply stunning and it was in such a quite location you could walk around the lanes in the evening taking in the countryside views and getting some exercise |

Villa Jardi is slightly let down by a couple of things. The standard of the kitchen equipment isn’t great and would benefit from some investment in new knives, additional chopping boards, a decent bin and a new dishwasher.

El agua de la piscina, el tratamiento que lleva es muy agresivo para la piel.
Y repelentes electromagnético y ultrasonidos para no tener insectos y otros, ( uno de los baños de la planta superior estaba invadido de hormigas)

Die Finca ist einmalig. Sehr gut ausgestattet. In einer Premium-Lage: Pollenca (5 min), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Eroski 4 min).
Strände: Cala San Vicente (Felsenbucht mit kleinem Sandstrand 10 min), Alcudia (15-20 min), Can Picafort (sehr schöneplus

Die Einrichtung der Finca: Es mangelt an nichts! Die Liebe zum Detail ist überall erkennbar, ein echtes mallorquinisches Ambiente. Landschaftlich toll uns sehr ruhig gelegen. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für eine Tour durch das Tramuntana-Gebirge nach Soller, Deia und Valdemossa. Der Pool ist groß genug zum Schwimmen und war auch noch Mitte Oktober zwar frisch, aber warm genug zum baden. |
