This spacious detached country house is conveniently located mid-way between Alcudia old town and of Port Alcudia with its sandy beach, marina, shops and restaurants. The tranquil country setting is ideal for a peaceful relaxing holiday with good privacy. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge, dining room, separate kitchen, two double beds, one with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom, a separate shower room and a full family bathroom. On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms, one with a private ensuite shower room. The exterior offers spacious poolside terraces and next to the dining area there is a built in BBQ. Lawns and mature gardens surround the pool area with sun beds and a parasol provided to soak up the sun. The villa has an orchard with Oranges and Lemons so help yourself to fresh fruit! There is an outside shower, toilet and off road parking available.

Het is een mooi, groot huis maar heeft wel onderhoud nodig. De keukenuitrusting is minimaal. Alle borden, bekers, bestek enz. zitten onder de kalk (komt zo de afwasmachine uit). Het huis is niet schoon. De matrassen van de bedden zijn in een aantal kplus
Het is een mooi, groot huis maar heeft wel onderhoud nodig. De keukenuitrusting is minimaal. Alle borden, bekers, bestek enz. zitten onder de kalk (komt zo de afwasmachine uit). Het huis is niet schoon. De matrassen van de bedden zijn in een aantal kamers dun, zitten kuilen in en zijn aan vervanging toe. Op het bedlinnen zaten vlekken en in een aantal handdoeken gaten. Tot overmaat van ramp hebben wij kledingstukken van vorige bewoners gevonden. Jammer, want het is echt een mooi huis maar genoemde punten moeten verbeterd worden.

The pool is lovely, and the orchard was such a unique plus for the villa. We had figs, oranges, lemons/limes and pomegranates on tap! The hosts were very quick to respond to queries on messenger, and provided all the information we needed before weplus

The hosts were very quick to respond to queries on messenger, and provided all the information we needed before we arrived. The cleaners were very accommodating, letting us in early whilst they finished cleaning which was an amazing start to our stay.

Mobilität wäre empfehlenswert für Einkäufe und Müllentsorgung .Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Strand von Porto Alcúdia ist zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Gepflegter Garten mit schönem Pool.
Wir waren zu 9. in plus
