Description
Perfectly located just a few minutes away from the stunning sandy beach of Playa De Muro and from a large array of shops, bars, restaurants, this villa is the perfect choice for a truly Mallorcan holiday in close proximity to all the amenities. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private swimming pool and can comfortably sleep up to 5 guests in air-conditioned modern interiors. The large private pool is surrounded by pleasant terraces and gardens providing an excellent privacy compared to the other properties in a similar location. A car is not required!
Inside, the villa is set over one floor and comprises a large lounge full of light (satellite TV, wi-fi internet, sofa-bed) with adjoining dining area, a separate fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, 4 cooking rings, fridge, freezer), a spacious master bedroom suite with double bed, en-suite shower room as well as direct access to the outside, a twin bedroom and a family shower room. The bedrooms are air-conditioned (included in the rental price) and the interiors have just been totally renovated.
Outside, the private swimming pool is set within extensive terraces with flowers and Mediterranean shrubs. It measures 6m x 4m, depth is 1.5m and access is via Roman Steps. Shades and 4 sunbeds are provided for the guests to enjoy. There are also comfortable sitting and shaded dining areas outside for extra relaxation during the hottest hours of the day or for a delicious al-fresco meal. A barbecue is provided.
Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am
Private parking is available on the premises for all those wishing to travel by car.

Wir haben uns in der Finca sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Finca ist sehr ruhig gelegen und von aussen nicht einsehbar. Sie ist ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt, dieser ist sehr schön. In ca 2 Minuten zu Fuß ereicht man einen Spar, der eine sehr große Auswahl bietet. In 5 Autominuten, erreicht maplus

Der Flughafen ist 40 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Finca bietet einen tollen Aussenbereich mit 4 Sonnenliegen, einen Schirm konnten wir leider nicht finden. Einer Lounge und einen Essbereich mit einem Grill. Vom Aussenessbereich gelangt man direkt in die Küche. Der Poolboy, kam einmal während unserem Aufenthalt und hat den Pool gereinigt. Hier hätten wir uns jedoch eine vorherige Ankündigung gewünscht, da wir sehr überrascht waren, das jemand in unsere Finca ging als wir auf dem Rückweg vom Strand in unsere Straße einbogen. Wenn man nicht weiß, dass jemand kommt um den Pool zu säubern, macht man sich schon Gedanken, wenn jemand "unbefugt" in die Finca geht. Im großen und ganzen, können wir uns sehr gut vorstellen die Beach Villa Carmen erneut zu besuchen :-) Wir wünschen allen einen tollen Urlaub. |

Das W-Lan, konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da das Passwort sehr unleserlich geschrieben war. Ebenfalls haben wir die Adresse der Finca erst am Ankunfttag gegen 14 Uhr erhalten. Wir hatten schon sorge, dass wir keine Antwort erhalten und ohne Unterkunft da stehen. |

Haven var fantastisk, da den både indeholder 2 citrontræer, vindruer og smukke planter og blomster som tiltrækker små kolibrier :-) Poolen er var rigtig god (efter den var blevet rengjort). Der er meget privatliv, da villaen er perfekt gemt væk af heplus

Der er meget privatliv, da villaen er perfekt gemt væk af hegn, buske og træer. Der er mange hyggelige kroge, hvor man kan sidde/ligge. Stedet føles som en lille oase i det engelsk-turistede Alcudia. Der er smuk udsigt til bjerge fra liggestolene.

The villa is spacious - perfect for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. It was very clean and had everything we needed - including washing machine, dishwasher etc. The beds were comfortable and the aircon was great. The pool is a great size and veryplus

I have mobility issues and this property (being all on one level) was perfect for me. There was an issue with the plumbing during our stay, but that was resolved quickly - thank you. |

The villa was immaculate and really well equipped. It is so quiet and secluded, amazing considering it is a very short distance from the bars and shops. The villa's owners cleaned the pool daily and kept the outside area very tidy too. We had a problplus

We had a great time in Villa Carmen. The villa is very spacious for 2 adults and 3 kids and had everything we needed. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a lovely walk along the seafront to Port D'Alcudia. Will definitely look to stay in the futurplus

Maybe new covers for the beds. Also, very few english channels on tv- not a major issue for us as the kids could watch tv our laptop.
