Designed for your maximum comfort and relaxation, our holiday home invites you to enjoy its ample spaces. On the first floor, distributed on several levels, you will find a double living room ideal for family or friends gatherings, a fully equipped kitchen with open dining area, and a private swimming pool with furnished terrace, perfect for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade. A bathroom with outdoor shower allows you to freshen up after a swim in the pool or a game of tennis on the villa's private court.
On the second floor, four cozy bedrooms await you, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two of the bathrooms offer the convenience of a bathtub, while the other two have showers. For your comfort, two of the rooms are equipped with double beds, while the other two offer twin beds.
Beyond the comforts of our villa, we invite you to explore the charming town of Pollensa. Let yourself be carried away by the charm of its cobblestone streets in the old town, climb the 365 steps of the Calvario and admire the breathtaking views of the town and the bay. Enjoy the delicious local gastronomy in the many restaurants of the town and live an unforgettable experience.
Downstairs the covered porch offers enough space for al fresco dining, the 8 x 4 m swimming pool with built in steps and the brick built BBQ completes the outside.
The villa has WIFI through out the property. All bedrooms are air conditioned on a timer.
A car is essential when booking this property. Air conditioning available from 14:00h to 16:00h and from 20:00h to 08:00h.

Very peaceful, spacious and quiet villa. Nice pool with good sunbeds, great barbecue, cosy terrace. Just a 20 minute walk from town (shops, restaurants). Midweek cleaning was very useful. 2 covered parking places.
