This wonderful stone built villa is located just outside the much loved and historic old town of Pollensa, a place full of art galleries, first class restaurants, many tapas bars and typical cafes. With 2 bedrooms, a large pool and stunning views, Serelleta can sleep up to 4 people.
Inside, there is a beautiful rustic furniture. The tastefully fitted kitchen is well equipped and benefits from exposed beamed ceilings. Serelleta also has a nice wooden table and chairs. Serelleta has a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with 2 beds and there is also a bathroom.
From the fabulous wraparound covered terrace, furnished with wicker table and chairs for relaxing, and a large table and chairs available for alfresco dining. Downstairs you can enjoy the private swimming pool, with many sunbathing areas, enjoying stunning views.
For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send a link from our bank where you can pay the Ecotax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is mandatory. For bookings made after 15/12/2022, the sale price already includes the Ecotax.

This villa must have one of the best views in Pollensa, what a spot! Set within the mountains it is so peaceful. The villa itself is lovely and cool and had everything we needed, although we spent most of our time on the terrace. The pool was a littlplus
