Font Xica Petit is a carefully restored farmhouse, spacious and airy, offering 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large private pool and extensive outdoor areas. Located between the old town of Pollensa and the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa this villa is a best seller thanks to its welcoming and relaxing feeling together with pleasant surroundings.
Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors and has been restored with a truly personal touch and the decor is incredibly stylish. The entrance door leads into the lounge/dining area, which is divided by a charming archway and is decorated in soft pastel colours. Next to the lounge, there is a modern, fully fitted kitchen complete with large fridge. Doors lead out from the kitchen to a terrace with a stone berbecue. On the ground floor there are also a twin bedroom and a shower room (with walk-in shower). Stairs lead up to two further twin bedrooms, both with en suite shower rooms and a shared balcony enjoying superb views over the surrounding countryside. On the upper floor there is also a double bedroom which has a full bathroom (Jacuzzi bath and a separate shower enclosure).
The pool has lawn on three sides and a pleasing patio on the other side, perfect for sunbathing and relaxing under the Mallorcan sun. Next to the pool there is also an inviting pergola, with rattan sofas and a ping pong table.
For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send a link from our bank where you can pay the Ecotax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is mandatory. For bookings made after 15/12/2022, the sale price already includes the Ecotax.

This is a beautiful villa set in rustic farm land roughly equidistant between pollensa and puerto pollensa (it’s about 2/3km to either). The beds were really comfy and we were glad of the air conditioning at night. Very relaxing and quiet.

Villa needs new washing machine as it has a 5kg drum for a Villa that sleeps 8 people, also it appears to wash on a 60 degree wash only , used 15min wash only as rest of programmes were 2 & 3 hours.

Don't know what spin speed machine did as there were no instructions in English. Also the air con in the front side twin room was useless, needs relocating elsewhere in room ( I have aircon in my Villa in Spain , UK & caravan) so I do know how it works . Apart from these couple of issues we had a lovely time , we hired villa as our daughter was getting married in Son Marroig. Beautiful day , lovely Villa , apart from those few issues would stay again . Thank you |

La casa está preparada para albergar hasta a ocho personas, ya que cuenta con cuatro dormitorios dobles y cuatro baños, tres de ellos en suite.

La casa está preparada para albergar hasta a ocho personas, ya que cuenta con cuatro dormitorios dobles y cuatro baños, tres de ellos en suite. Mi sugerencia es que la zona del baño de la habitación de la planta baja, que en principio correspondería a la habitación contigua, seria interesante poner una puerta que separase el salón de esa estancia, dotando de mayor privacidad a la habitación y al baño. Existe un marco y sería muy sencillo. La otra cuestión se refiere también al baño de abajo, que es el baño "de uso común" cuando la ocupación de la casa es de hasta 6 personas, pero si son más cada persona debe subir a su propio baño. Esto no es un problema en invierno, que es la época en que nos hemos alojado, pero tal vez en verano, subir a los baños de arriba desde la piscina, mojados, puede ser un poco incómodo. Creo que valdría la pena pensar en poner un aseo de servicio en el exterior, de manera que todos los baños quedasen privados para cada una de las habitaciones. Por último, como detalle, hemos echado en falta algún ladrón más en la cocina, ya que los enchufes son un poco escasos. Como digo, tan sólo mejoras, ninguna crítica. Una estancia de 10. Gracias. |
