Uniquely located in the upmarket area of Gotmar, just steps away from the center and the beach of Puerto Pollensa, Villa Margot is a stunning property with private pool and 3 bedrooms, set to impress. Built to an extremely high standard, making wide use of local stone, and particularly well furnished, the villa will be the perfect choice for all those guests looking for an exclusive holiday in a well known neighborhood.
Inside, the villa is set over one floor and has been recently renovated to provide an even better holiday experience. There is a really huge lounge, with big patio doors opening onto the pool patio and exposed beams (equipped with sofas, armchairs, dining table, satellite TV (free channels), Wi-Fi internet, a separate modern kitchen (fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine), as well as 3 spacious bedrooms, all with double beds and air-conditioning. 2 of the bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom (respectively with bathtub and shower) while the third bedroom can use a family bathroom with shower.
Air-conditioning is available free of charge to our guests between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am. All the interiors have been furnished with the maximum attention to the details and are bright and airy.
Outside the villa is set within 1200sqm of private grounds with pine trees, flowers, shrubs and an inviting private swimming pool. The private pool measures 6m x 4.8m (depth between 1.2m – 2m). Sunbeds are provided for comfortable hours relaxing under the warm Mallorcan sun. Private parking is also available on the premises.
Tourist tax is included in the rates.

The villa was great for 3 couples we each had our own bathroom and there was plenty of social space both inside and out. Nice quiet and safe neighbourhood. The pool was small but quite deep so was good for a refreshing dip. Kitchen was good size, easplus

About 10 min walk to the beach, and about 20 mins to the beginning of town with all the restaurants.
