Our properties allow private and safe holidays since they are for the exclusive enjoyment of our guests.
We use safety and hygienic measures according to the protocols, with specialized products* to guarantee the total disinfection of our properties before every arrival.
To ensure these tasks are properly performed, we have opted for delaying the check-in time to 17:00h. The check-out remains at 10:00h.
*Among the products we use we can highlight the antibacterial "Christenys"
Villa Can Silver is for sure the finest and newest waterfront property in Puerto Pollensa, enjoying the most sensational views together with top class interiors and attention to the details. This brand new villa with private pool, carefully mixing traditional features with the most contemporary comforts, can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests in 4 spacious bedrooms right on the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa, only a few steps away from excellent bars, restaurants, shops. Spend long hours enjoying the views from the terraces enriched with scented rosemary and red bougainvillea, chill out in the stylish and fully air-conditioned interiors, enjoy a swim in the private pool or in the crystal clear sea at your doorstep: Villa Can Silver will not disappoint even the most demanding guests.
Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors and have been totally rebuilt following the highest specifications and design trends. On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen with adjoining dining area (opening straight to the pool patio / outdoor dining area) and a family shower room, together with 2 sea-facing bedrooms each with en-suite shower room (these bedrooms have twin beds that can be joined to form doubles if required).
An impressive staircase leads up to the first floor, featuring a stunning lounge with huge windows opening straight to the sea. With its beautiful high beamed ceilings, large openings and comfortable sofas, this is for sure the most unique area of the house. Big patio doors lead to the beach-facing balcony providing breathtaking views over the sea, the Pollensa gulf and the sunset. Next to the lounge there is the large master bedroom suite, again opening straight to the sea-facing balcony to enjoy most of the views, and featuring an impressive bathroom with both bathtub and shower. The remaining bedroom have one single bed with a family bathroom with shower. They both open to private balconies overlooking the pool. The whole house is air-conditioned.
If the location of Villa Can Silver is not enough, the outdoor areas complement the setting. It will be like staying in a bot in the middle of the sea, with the added bonus of a private pool and a lot of private space! The private pool, equipped with comfortable sunbeds, measures 25sqm and is perfect for a refreshing dip or to taste a delicious glass of wine all together. Guests will also have the chance to dine outside al-fresco, or spend long hours admiring the gulf from the terraces.
The garage with its bike accessories is usable upon previous request.
Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am

unfortunately the problems are exactly the same s they were two years before. we were then your first customer after they built the house. so we understood that there were little issues.
now, 2 years later, we dont understand how it couldn't be fixplus

now, 2 years later, we dont understand how it couldn't be fixed in time. althoug problems with water will destroy the house and the humidity is bad for the buildig and „Schimmel“ (dont know the word in english) must be everyhwere. when you fill the bathtub for the kids, water comes down to the bathroom in the kitchen. when you take a longer shower (i had to shower all the upstairs in the small bath, water comes down direct over the kitchen where you cook! and you still cant lock the terrace facing the beach - what made me insecure cause we were been robbed once in mallorca. if there is a possibility to fix these things, we will come back for sure! if not... we habe to find a new place in paradise cause we are concerned about humidity and security. but really. the house is beautiful and stuff very friendly! |
