Villa Casa Puerto is a truly unique property perfectly located in the heart of Puerto Pollensa, just 50m away from the beach and the excellent restaurants/bars/shops of this sought after holiday destination. The property, with 3 bedrooms, air-conditioning and an inviting private pool, has been totally renovated to the highest standard, with modern design interiors and airy decor. Due to its unbeatable location and features, this villa is the ideal holiday home for an unforgettable stay without the need to rely constantly on a car.
Inside the villa is set over 2 floors, with the main accommodation / living area located on the ground floor surrounding the pool terrace. Entrance is via a beautifully furnished lounge with satellite TV, DVD player, wi-fi internet, comfortable sofas. On this floor there are also a stylish purposedly built kitchen (fully equipped with 4 cooking rings, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer), a superb master bedroom with en-suite shower room and 2 twin bedrooms both with en-suite shower room. Big patio doors provide direct access to the pool area. Air-conditioning is included in the rental price. A staircase leads up to the upper floor, featuring a nice billiard room and a partially covered terrace with barbecue, perfect for al-fresco dining.
Outside, apart from the lovely terrace on the upper floor, Villa Casa Puerto features an inviting pool patio on the ground floor. The private swimming pool (measuring 4m x 2.90m ; depth 0.90m – 1.60m gated) has hydromassage jets for extra enjoyment. Comfortable sunbeds and a chillout area perfect for a relaxing drink by the pool are available.
Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am

The boiler is on the way out as we lost hot water a couple of times, but the service to get it up and running again was exceptional. Overall I think the villa could just do with some minor works to get it back to a high standard, but we loved it nonplus

Decking - outdoor area - some nails were sticking out making it unsafe for baby to crawl outside. Also dangerous for adults. This area needs revamping.
Shower in bedroom at end of hall - needs a mat or grip. One of us fell and ended up in hospital! plus

It didn't matter but we noticed the light in the pool room was out! Also, might be helpful to explain where the parking is. We just parked in front of garage which we hope was OK.

The apartment could use a tidy up. Eg the door of the dishwasher is not working properly. The suncreen is broken, it was always out. The shower in 1 of the bathroom was splashing too water all around, making the bathroom wet everywhere.

We really enjoyed our stay, the Villa is in an excellent position within just a few metres from the beach and the excellent cafes & bars. Although the Villa itself is very nice, it is ready for some TLC to restore it to its former glory. Little things like repainting the decking, fixing loose decking boards and maintaining the internal doors(2 of them were very stiff). Also it can be very difficult to find a parking space, especially at weekends although this is the downside to having such a good location.

The location of the Villa is excellent and the layout of the Villa was perfect for us. Puerto Pollensa is beautiful and there are also so many nice places to visit within an hours drive.

The Villa is lovely but it is starting to look tired in places, especially around the pool area. So many little things let it down like the pool table is so uneven it is unusable, the sliding door for one of the en-suites is so stiff it is hard to mplus

So many little things let it down like the pool table is so uneven it is unusable, the sliding door for one of the en-suites is so stiff it is hard to move and the door to the far bedroom you cannot close. The decking has loose boards and needs painting. We had a visit from at least 1 Cockroach each day which points to an issue(they generally seemed to come from the TV side of the living room. Also, the air-conditioning unit in the hallway entrance was giving off a smell of fumes?
