Die Lage dieses Hauses ist wunderschön und abseits gelegen, daher relativ ruhig, Wir konnten als Familie ungestört sein. Der Garten und Pool sind super. (Pool wird fast täglich geputzt und gepflegt!) Das Haus selber ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht so
Die fehlende Klima hat uns nicht gestört, aber dafür wären Insektenschutzgitter optimal! Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr schlecht beinander und holprig.

Calidad-precio bien.
Está cerquita de Pollença y de los supermercados y de la carretera para ir a los sitios de interés. Como sorpresa agradable, hay un baño más de los que indica la información del anuncio.
No tiene aire acondicionado y en el jardín hay además de una piscina un estanque en el que hay bastantes ranas que se cuelan en la piscina. Cada día sacamos un par de ranas de la piscina

So nearly perfect
A wonderful villa, clean and with all the essentials needed for our stay. Dishwasher, hob and oven all in wonderful condition and a washing machine was brilliant to have too!Maintained to a high standard and in a convenient location close to everything yo
With air conditioning it would have been perfect! Just one fan available which wasn’t enough sadly.The mosquitoes are a problem in the evenings and the pond doesn’t help this.

Paradise in Pollenca
We loved this villa, it was perfect for us, close to shopping and restaurants and beaches but private and quiet. It is a wonderful spot to enjoy Mallorca!
