The villa is very well located only being a 5 minute drive to the town of Pollensa and being a family of 3 was ideal for us. We were very lucky that the week were there the weather was perfect and so we had great use out of the garden. The bedrooms are fairly basic but the bed in the downstairs room was very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped which as we cooked most nights was ideal. There were a number of issues when we arrived but all these were dealt within a day or so which considering it was Easter weekend was great.

When we arrived the temperature was quite low and therefore the villa was cold. Unfortunately the AC and heater in the living area were not working but the management team came round within 2 days and fixed the problem. In addition there were a number of lights that were not working which they also resolved. Other issues included no toilet roll, no cleaning equipment such as cleaning pads, kitchen cleaner, no handle on the freezer which itself did not work and the fridge door was dirty. However as stated previously these issues were all resolved and the rest of our stay was very comfortable.

Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu verbessern. Selbst der entfernt liegende gemauerte Grill unter einem kleinen Unterstand hat genug Platz für mehrere Leute.
