'Bon Estar apartment' is a quiet apartment recently renovated and decorated with a lot of charm, with a beautiful balcony located just 50 meters from the beach, in a quiet area in the Bay of Alcudia.
It is ideal for couples and families who want to rest in a quiet area and enjoy a good vacation on the beach and near the commercial area of the port of Alcudia with all the amenities, it is located on the second floor. Parking on the street is free. And the fantastic terrace of the property is the perfect place to enjoy the breeze on the outdoor sofa or sitting at the table.
It has a double bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the terrace, a second bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 4 people and a very comfortable living room with a chaise longue sofa. From the living room you access the terrace where you will find an outdoor dining table and a sofa to enjoy the most magical nights.
The apartment has a flat screen TV, satellite receiver with international channels and free WIFI.
For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send a link from our bank where you can pay the Ecotax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is mandatory. For bookings made after 15/12/2022, the sale price already includes the Ecotax.

El apartamento está muy bien. Recién reformado, con una estupenda terraza y muy cerca de la playa. Está en una zona tranquila y no hay problemas de aparcamiento. El apartamento es ideal para 4 personas, con mucho espacio, y una cocina hermosa con todo lo necesario.
