Our properties allow private and safe holidays since they are for the exclusive enjoyment of our guests.
We use safety and hygienic measures according to the protocols, with specialized products* to guarantee the total disinfection of our properties before every arrival.
To ensure these tasks are properly performed, we have opted for delaying the check-in time to 17:00h. The check-out remains at 10:00h.
*Among the products we use we can highlight the antibacterial "Christenys"
Piso Carles is a modern, welcoming and beautifully located apartment with 2 bedrooms ideally located within the sought after resort of Puerto Pollensa. Located just steps away from the amazing sandy beach, the waterfront promenade and a wide array of shops, it is a perfect chpice for a couple, a small family or a group of friends that are looking for a relaxing holiday without the need to rely constantly on a car. With 2 air-conditioned bedrooms Piso Carles can sleep up to 4 guests in stylish and welcoming interiors.
The apartment has been totally renovated to offer a superior holiday experience at excellent rates, ticking all the boxes for an unforgettable holiday on Mallorca. There is an airy lounge with adjoining dining area (wi-fi internet, smart TV with Netflix, comfy sofas as well as big patio doors leading out to the furnished private terrace), a separate fully equipped kitchen, as well as 2 bedrooms sharing a spacious family shower room. The bedrooms are respectively a double and a twin, both air-conditioned, spacious and full of natural light. For families with children, there is also a dedicated play-area for kids with a drawing table and other amenities.
Air-conditioning is included in the rental price at set times, between 8pm-8am and 2pm-4pm.
The tourist tax is included in the rates.
