Villa Can Paroya is a large, traditional Mallorcan villa, full of character and surrounded by stunning gardens with private swimming pool. Perfect for outdoor living and al-fresco dining, this property also offers beautifully furnished interiors sleeping up to 8 guests in 4 air-conditioned bedrooms. An added bonus of this already impressive villa is the great location between Alcudia and Pollensa, with easy access to perfect sandy beaches.
Entrance to the villa is onto an impressive hallway leading to the large lounge/dining room with beamed ceiling and archways into the fully-equipped kitchen. Patio doors from both the lounge/dining room and the kitchen lead out to a covered terrace that wraps around the villa. On the ground floor there are also a double bedroom with en-suite shower room (with doors opening onto a terrace), a WC for guests and a utility room. Stairs lead up to the first floor, where the remaining 3 bedrooms (and 2 bathrooms are located). There is a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and doors out to a large roof terrace. Additionally there are two twin bedrooms which share a bathroom.
Villa Can Paroya is the perfect property for outdoor living. There are wide gardens with lawn, trees and shrubs as well as many opportunities for al-fresco dining. There is a mix of open and covered terraces with seating areas including the large BBQ house near the swimming pool. The large private swimming pool has plenty of sunbed space on the adjacent patio.

Clearer directions needed to the property
A warning about the number of mosquitos, we were not prepared for this and some of our group got bitten very badly. It would be nice if repellent plugs/ candles were provided.

Villa Roya is simply one of the nicest Villa's we have stayed in. The location is excellent, very close to Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia. We went as 2 families and there was plenty of room without tripping over each other. The villa is very tastefully decorated, the bedrooms were huge. The outdoor living space was magnificent, we ate al fresco all of the time. Having the BBQ attached to the pool house was perfect. The swimming pool was a great size and a good depth at the deep end, also great for younger kids at the more shallow end. We loved it and would recommend without hesitation.

We were surprised on our departure day that the cleaners turned up soo early. We were aware that we needed to vacate the Villa by 10 am. However they arrived at a little after 9 am.
