Description
Cabanellas is a delightfully sweet and welcoming 3-bedroomed villa with private pool, beautifully located close to the old town of Pollensa and to the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa. Sleeping up to 4 guests in well-furnished interiors provided with all the most modern comforts, this villa is set to impress for its space, quiet, privacy (despite being attached at the back to another finca, the gardens and pool are not overlooked at all). The house has been stylishly renovated by its owners to combine comfort and an airy feeling with the most attractive features of Mallorcan architecture and is surrounded by beautiful gardens.
Inside, Cabanellas is set over 2 floors. The spacious ground floor (split level) comprises an inviting living room (with sofas, satellite TV, wifi internet), a fully equipped separate kitchen with dining area, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a family shower room. Stairs lead up to the upper floor, where there are 2 further bedrooms (one double, 1 twin mainly suitable for children) as well as a WC. For the comfort of our guests, all the bedrooms are air-conditioned (included in the rental price between 8pm-8am and 2pm-4pm).
Outside, Villa Cabanellas offers to its guests manicured and landscaped gardens, perfectly to sunbath, unwind and relax. There are several furnished areas perfect to chill out, or simply enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The private pool measures 8.5m x 4.1m (depth 1.6m to 1.8m) and has Roman Steps into it. A barbecue and outdoor dining area are also available for the guests to enjoy.
The tourist tax is included in the price.

The outside area was fantastic. The pool, terrace and outside kitchen is were we spent most of our time. Great bedrooms and inside living space was also very good. What was nice was how clean it was.

Außen unter dem Tisch wurde nicht richtig sauber gemacht :( wir fanden Fingernägelreste vor. Außerdem sollten im Welcome-Package ein paar mehr Mülltüten und Geschirrspültabs sein.
