Cas Xeremier is one of the finest and most stylish houses of Alcudia. Ideally located in the sought after historical town, with a wide array of facilities virtually at your doorstep, Cas Xeremier has been designed to impress. Inside, the house has a stunning lounge with exposed stone walls and high beamed ceilings (loft style). On the lower level there is a comfortable sitting area, fully equipped kitchen (of a very high standard), a laundry/WC and dining area. Stairs lead up to the mezzanine-style upper floor featuring a stylish double bedroom (separated by a glass wall) with its own en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and a further sitting area overlooking the beautiful lounge. At the back of the house there is also an external courtyard with dining table and chairs, giving access via a spiral staircase to a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room. For additional comfort, the house is air-conditioned.
The tourist tax is included in the rates.

Прекрасное место для семейного отдыха! Полностью оборудованное, со всеми удобствами. Расположение супер - прямо в старом городе , вышел и перед тобой десятки ресторанов и прогулочные улочки . Отдыхали семьей с бабушкой и ребёнком - провели прекрасноеsee more
Прекрасное место для семейного отдыха! Полностью оборудованное, со всеми удобствами. Расположение супер - прямо в старом городе , вышел и перед тобой десятки ресторанов и прогулочные улочки . Отдыхали семьей с бабушкой и ребёнком - провели прекрасное время. Ездили в порт Алькудия - поверьте , там просто ширпотреб по сравнению со старым городом. Открывали настеж деревянные двери в апартаменты , закрывали стеклянные двери на входе - визуально апартаменты становятся больше и «легче» . Сидим пьём вино , туристы проходят мимо - восхищаются и не верят глазам что так можно жить в старом городе. Рекомендую всем , 10 из 10!

Понравилось абсолютно все. Очень удобное расположение. Этот гостевой дом находится прям в старом городе. Вокруг очень много ресторанчиков и магазинов. Сам дом нам очень понравился. Отдыхали с 11 по 18 июня 2019г. В доме есть все необходимые принадлежsee more
Понравилось абсолютно все. Очень удобное расположение. Этот гостевой дом находится прям в старом городе. Вокруг очень много ресторанчиков и магазинов. Сам дом нам очень понравился. Отдыхали с 11 по 18 июня 2019г. В доме есть все необходимые принадлежности для готовки, красивой сервировки стола, бокалы для вина и шампанского. Большая посудомоечная машина. Даже пляжный зонт, которым мы брали с собой на пляж. Очень уютный внутренний двор. И одна особенность этого дома в том, что в основном доме на втором этаже двуспальная кровать и односпальная через перегородку, а еще одна двуспальная кровать находится в помещении, в которое можно попасть, пройдя через внутренний дворик. Нам это было очень удобно, бабушка спала отдельно) Так что спасибо хозяевам этого дома, мы остались очень довольны.
