Socias Playa is a perfectly located property, offering direct access to the sandy beach of Playa de Muro together with breathtaking views over the Mediterranean Sea. Provided with gardens and terraces, together with completely renovated interiors finished to the highest standard, Socias Playa is a unique seafront holiday home.
Full length patio doors provide an abundance of light and lead to the outside areas, a terrace,with extendable pergola, and table and chairs, for outdoor dining, there is a garden area and down to the beautiful sandy beach, and the gently shelving waters of the sea, perfect for families with children.
At this villa it is prohibited to do barbeques due to community area.
Enjoying an excellent location, it is also walking distance to a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
Ground floor – Living/dining area, open-plan to kitchen, guest cloakroom.
First floor – 1 double bedroom with doors to terrace and en-suite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms sharing a shower room.
