A quaint town house tucked away down one of the streets of the old town of Pollensa at 5 minutes’ walk to the main church square with all its cafes and restaurants.
The house is laid out in three stories with an entrance from the street that takes you straight through to the modern lounge, open plan kitchen, dining area with sliding doors onto the patio area with a plunge pool and a BBQ house at the end of the patio.
Three bedrooms with their own on suite shower room each are located on the first and second floor. One of the bedrooms overlooking the pool has access onto a large terrace.
It is not necessary to rent a car when booking this property as a taxi can easily be arranged and there is a good bus frequency between Pollensa and the other resorts and beaches, however, this house has private parking some 400 m from the house.
Airconditioning timed from 14 to 16 and from 20 to 8.
For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send a link from our bank where you can pay the Ecotax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is mandatory. For bookings made after 15/12/2022, the sale price already includes the Ecotax.

La casa es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Cómoda, bien decorada, bien ubicada (a 5 minutos andando del centro de Pollença), en una zona tranquila.

Una pequeña cuestión de cortesía, llegamos a las 12 de la noche y no había papel higiénico en ninguno de los baños… a esa hora es difícil conseguirlo.
