Beach Villa Cosins 1 Mel is set over 2 floors, is fully air-conditioned and has been cleverly designed to provide an exceptionally airy feeling (double-glazed panoramic windows, with mosquito nets). On the ground floor there is an impressive purposedly-built kitchen (fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher), sitting area (satellite TV, wi-fi internet, music system), a spacious double bedroom and a family bathroom with shower. Big patio doors open straight to the poolside terrace equipped with table, chairs and sofas. The upper floor, accessible through an internal staircase, houses 1 bathroom, 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms (one double, one twin and one single, once again all air-conditioned) as well as family bathroom with bathtub. A tiny poolside annexe is available for the use of the guests and contains a WC + basin and a laundry room.
Outside, the generously sized private pool offers pleasant views over the Albufera river and is equipped with comfortable sunbeds. It measures 6m x 3.3m, depth is 1.45m and access is via Roman steps: a true oasis to relax under the Mallorcan sun, in total peace and quiet. But with such a perfect beach almost at your doorstep, the choice will be hard: pool or “playa”? For the lovers of al-fresco dining, a brick-built barbecue is available, together with a shaded outdoor dining table and a chillout area. Fabulous! First time booking with Easy Villas Mallorca and even under the current situation, we found them to be very good. All the documentation was in order, we received lots of information about things that needed to be completed and the Villa Plus Rep in Crete was fantastic, very friendly and helpful! The villa (Villa Potami Nikos) was stunning and exactly how it is depicted on their website and the facilities at the villa itself were great. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely book with Villa Plus again.

The villa was beautiful and compact with everything we needed. It was very clean and the pool was warm. Easy to find and only a short walk to the beach. The owner was very helpful and responsive when we had a small issue that needed resolving. Would see more

Es ist eine Kamera in der Küche und mehrere Kameras im Außenbereich, weshalb man sich etwas überwacht fühlte. Leider waren zu dieser Zeit extrem viele Mücken. Die Fenster sind mit Mücken Netzen ausgestattet, leider jedoch nicht die große Schiebetür isee more

Überprüfung der Abflüsse dringend notwendig, am Morgen stinkt es im ganzen Objekt.

Lovely villa, very clean , downstairs bedroom and bathroom are smaller , upstairs especially bathroom is bigger and with bath. Don’t be put off by the depth of swimming pool - even at the deepest point it is not 1.4m , I would say ideal for kids abovsee more

Check in not until 4 pm but check out at 10 am - maybe consider changing the hours as it’s not that much to clean, all is in tiles so 2-3 hours I would imagine should be fine to clean it. 12 pm check out would have been much nicer

Lage ist hervorragend, direkt im Zentrum mit Blick auf Bäume und nicht direkt in ein anderes Hotel/Haus. Die Rad-Garage mit Werkzeug und Pumpe war eine fantastische Überraschung. Kühlschrank ausreichend groß und großer Gefrierschrank. Super Grillpsee more
