Beautifully located less than 2 km away from the old town of Alcudia and just a short drive away from stunning sandy beaches, Villa Casa de Arcos is an attractive villa with private pool and 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, combining privacy with design and modern comforts. Providing extensive gardens, terraces and pleasant views, Villa Casa de Arcos is the perfect choice for a family or a group of friends who want to spend a relaxing holiday in Mallorca, yet with an added touch of charme.
Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors. On the ground floor there are a spacious lounge, a separate kitchen (fully equipped) 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin) and a family bathroom with bathtub + shower over. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where a double bedroom suite (with its own bathroom) is located. This spacious bedroom has direct access to a private terraces offering lovely views over the pool and gardens (it is also a very romantic place for an evening drink!). The interiors have been carefully decorated and furnished, making wide use of natural wood and traditional Mallorcan ornaments, yet mantaining a modern and airy feeling.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by impressive, extensive gardens with lawn, shrubs, trees and flowers: a truly idyllic setting! Relax sunbathing under the warm Mallorcan sun, or chill out in the stunning terrace at the front of the house (a unique feature of Villa Casa de Arcos). The large private pool has Roman Steps (and a ladder) into it and is provided with 6 sunbeds.

Die Finca ist innen und außen liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Besonders gut haben uns die Terrasse und der Garten gefallen. Auch der Pool war schon nutzbar. Die Heizung im Haus hat funktioniert (war wichtig, da es im Frühjahr noch recht kalsee more

Die Heizung im Haus hat funktioniert (war wichtig, da es im Frühjahr noch recht kalt war). Die Lage ist wirklich gut, d.h. Alcudia ist fußläufig erreichbar, gleichzeitig hat man keine direkten Nachbarn. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können. Es lag viel Staub an verschiedensten Stellen und das Geschirr sowie Gläser waren nicht richtig sauber.
