Inside, on the second floor, the house has an impressive living-dining room with high ceilings, spacious and very bright with access to the beautiful balcony overlooking the sea, where we can share dinners and meals with family and friends, the master bedroom, located on this same level, has an en suite bathroom. On the lower level we find three double bedrooms and a bathroom, between the two floors we have the fully equipped kitchen (renovated with high-end materials) and a laundry room. the house offers air conditioning.
