The luxurious Villa Bellviure is situated in the sought-after urbanization of Marratxí, just off the motorway, with quick access to all points of interest on the island of Mallorca.

The pool is a 4x9 meters salt water pool with a maximum depth of 1.50 meters and a minimum depth of 1.1 meters. There are also sun loungers and a parasol where you can relax with a good book.

Villa Bellviure is situated 10 minutes drive from the town where there is the widest variety of bars and restaurants on offer, it is 3 minutes drive from the biggest outlet in Mallorca (Mallorca Fashion Outlet), the airport is 15 minutes drive away, and if you want to enjoy the sun and take a dip in the sea, Platja de Can Pere Antoni and Playa Ciudad Jardin are 14 minutes drive away (14 km).
