Brand new and located in the sought-after resort of Playa de Muro, villa Corb Marí I is your ideal choice.
We can say it is a multi-purpose property, where you can enjoy quiet and amazing views over the reknown natural park of ‘s’Albufera’. At the same time, you are only a short walk away from one of the best beaches in Mallorca and all the amenities in the resort.
Impressive, modern and functional are three words exemplified by the villa. The ground floor is fully accessible to mobility reduced guests, which can smoothly move around from the entrance ramp through the wide doors and walk-in shower until the stunning terrace with a gourgeous infinity-edge pool.
The villa is layed out over two floors. A ramp takes you through the main door, which opens to an open plan lounge. Take your time using our fully-fitted kitchen while conversating with your family members at the stylish sitting area, where one can enjoy the satellite TV and Wi-fi. Two sliding glass doors fully illuminate the lounge, in which you can also find a double bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a family bathroom with an accessible walk-in shower.
The first floor is formed by three more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-sized double bed with a window and an en-suite bathroom, also with a walk-in shower. An additonal family bathroom is shared by two twin bedrooms, both with their sliding glass doors which lead to a balcony over the breathtaking Albufera.
Outside, one can enjoy a peaceful swim, have a barbecue under the porch or just lay down in the sun and forget about everything. You dispose of a shower room and a laundry room accessible from the patio, even an outdoor shower with hot water is available by the pool.
The property is fully air-conditioned and can also be warmed by a pellet stove. (pellet stove with extra charge) The A/C is available during fourteen hours a day, the considered ‘resting hours’: from 14h to 16h and from 20h to 8h.

We were hoping to put our bikes to the special bike holder room, but were not given the key although we asked for it. We were told it was full of things but it was not true-it was empty as the room had a window. It was weird and we didn’t feel comforsee more

We were told it was full of things but it was not true-it was empty as the room had a window. It was weird and we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our bikes and baby stroller outside, simply didnt have anywhere to put them. Kitchen didnt have a kettle which could have made life easier. There is not a single carpet in the house (not even the bathrooms) as the floor is made from stone, they are cold at winter and need to wear something all the time. Batrooms are cold and do not have heating if you stay over winter. All these things were minor details for us-the place is stunning to have a vacation or do homeoffice.
