Can Mercer is an elegant and charming stone-built villa with private pool, perfectly located less than 5 min drive away from the sandy beaches and facilities of Puerto Pollensa. Providing high quality interiors, lovely views, excellent privacy and unbeatable quiet, Can Mercer can comfortbaly sleep 4 guests in 2 air-conditioned bedrooms. Attention to the details and great location turn this villa into a perfect holiday home for romantic couples or small families.
Inside, Can Mercer is set over 2 floors. The ground floor has a large lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining area, as well as a double bedroom with bathroom. The lounge is comfortably furnished with sofas, satellite TV, dvd player, music player and wi-fi internet. The kitchen has all the essentials for a full self catering holidays (a washing machine is also available in a separate utility room).Stairs lead up to the upper floor where a twin bedroom and bathroom are available. The bedrooms are air-conditioned (included in the rental price at set times between 8pm-8am and 2pm-4pm).
Outside, Can mercer offers to its guests beautifully kept gardens with lawn, flowers, trees and shrubs: a true oasis of peace! The private swimming pool is set at the front of the villa and attracts long hours of sun. It is surrounded by extensive paved terraces perfect for sunbathing on the comfortable sunbeds provided. The private swimming pool is particularly large for a property of this size, and it measures 10m x 4m (depth 1.30m – 2.20m). A built-in tone barbecue as well as outdoor dining are are also available for the guests to enjoy. Private parking within the premises.
For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send you a link to our bank where you can pay the Ecotasa tax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory. For all bookings made from 15/12/2022 onwards, the sales price already includes the Ecotasa tax.

Lækkert ude og inde. Flot og smagfuldt indrettet, lækker pool og skøn have. Dejlig rolig beliggenhed tæt på by og strand.

In the first dat we expect tolietpaper.
Lights of the pool are not working which is a pitty.
Outside kitchen is poor. pizza oven is not working, bbq looks not really clean.
Swimmingpool can be painted , now looks a bit poor.quite old.

Am besten hat uns die Zeit vom späten Nachmittag bis zum Sonnenuntergang mit dem warmen Licht und dem schönen Blick von der Terasse gefallen. Nicht zu vergessen das erfrischende Bad vor dem Früstück im Pool.
