This quaint villa for four people lies peacefully in a pine wooded area within easy access to Pollensa and Alcudia.
All the accommodation of this property is on one level. An ample open concept kitchen gives onto the lounge / dining area with a wood burning fireplace and satellite TV.
Off the lounge area, a small arch leads to the two bedrooms, one double and one twin sharing the only shower room with WC.
Both bedrooms are fully air conditioned on a timer.
Next to the kitchen is a laundry area with a washing machine and door out to the back of the property.
This stone clad property faces south and receives the sun on the façade and pool area all day long. The well-kept garden and lawn includes a brick built BBQ next to the 8 x 4 m pool with wide metal steps for easy access in and out.
A car is essential when booking this property.

For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send you a link to our bank where you can pay the Ecotasa tax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory. For all bookings made from 15/12/2022 onwards, the sales price already includes the Ecotasa tax.

We have returned to Pollensa on many occasions and can't fault the welcome from the Rentals Pollensa team. The villas we have stayed in have al been lovely, spotlessly clean and set in beautiful gardens. We will be returning!

Lovely house - especially outside. The photos don't do it justice. It's a couple of miles from the main road (all tarmac) which provides that real feel of away from it all. Though only 15 mins drive to Pollenca. We were left a very nice welcome pack see more

Though only 15 mins drive to Pollenca. We were left a very nice welcome pack by the agent's and we happened to meet the owner who was very helpful and a pleasant chap. Will be visiting again.
