Modern and stylish, La Vinya Gran is a spectacular holiday home with private swimming pool and perfectly located just 5 minutes drive away from the old town of Pollensa and conveniently close to the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa or Cala San Vicente. Featuring five bedrooms, extensive outdoor areas, a stunning contemporary design and panoramic views over the Tramuntana mountains to the bay of Pollensa beyond, this villa is set to impress.
The ground floor comprises an enormous and airy lounge/dining area complete with comfortable sofas, modern furniture and a large dining table complete with ten chairs. From here, two glass patio doors not only provide access to the garden and covered terrace, but also offer stunning views of the surrounding area and the pool. Off the dining area, there is a long corridor leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor: there is a double bedroom with en-suite full bathroom, a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, a further twin bedroom and a shower room. All of these rooms have doors leading out to a covered terrace with lovely country views. Stairs lead up to the first floor (with horizontal balustrades on the staircase - care should be taken with children), housing a twin bedroom, a double bedroom (featuring a floor to ceiling window with incredible views of the bay of Pollensa and beyond) and a full bathroom. The interiors have been modernly furnished and stylishly designed to provide a contemporary feeling and are full of natural light.
Outside, the villa is equally impressive. Steps lead down from the dining terrace to the lawned area. Just alongside is the built-in barbecue. The large private pool is surrounded by lawned gardens and by sunbathing aved terraces, perfect for enjoying long hours under the Mallorcan sun. Sunbeds and shades are provided for the guests to enjoy.
The tourist tax is included in the price.

The house has literally everything you would hope for, every little detail has been thought of. Location is just pe text for us, just a few minutes from Pollença and Alcudia towns

The only thing that let it down was the sewerage smell in the bathrooms on arrival. It did clear after a few days but wasn’t pleasant at the time.

TV is very old, small, and not conected to internet, the WI fi signal was poor and light most of the days and places of the house hasn't service, the swimming pool wasn't clean, the forniture is awful and basic

Das Haus war großartig, wir waren zu neunt mit 4 Kindern, alle hatten sehr viel Spaß und das grillen hat auch super geklappt in der Aussenküche. Wenn ich etwas verbessern könnte würde ich den Pool gerne beheizt haben und ein Aussenwhirlpool wäre wirksee more

Wir haben mit 8 Leuten 5 Tage in der Villa verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist toll, ganz ruhig gelegen und doch ist man schnell mit dem Auto beim Supermarkt oder im nächsten Ort.

Wir haben mit 8 Leuten 5 Tage in der Villa verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist toll, ganz ruhig gelegen und doch ist man schnell mit dem Auto beim Supermarkt oder im nächsten Ort.
Die Ausstattung entsprach den Fotos und Bildern. Der Service und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte problemlos und unkompliziert. Am ersten Tag hatten wir Probleme mit dem Geschirrspüler, dieser wurde umgehend repariert. Auf jeden Fall würden wir diese Villa wieder mieten! |
