Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors and has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms in total.
A gentle driveway leads up to the spacious parking area. The front door opens into a large entrance hall. Doors lead into a reading room and then into the main lounge (equipped with satellite TV, sofas, wi-fi internet, DVD etc). Off the entrance hall is the kitchen/dining room, modern in design with a smooth top oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and an American style fridge (patio doors lead out to the lovely gardens and pool). On the ground floor, there are two twin bedrooms, which share a full bathroom, and a double bedroom with en suite shower room.
Stairs lead up to the first floor landing area and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom (jacuzzi bathtub) and French doors out to a large open terrace with wonderful countryside views. There is also a twin bedroom with en suite shower room on this level. The villa has been carefully renovated, well furnished and decorated in soft pastel colors. This gives a lovely light and airy feel to the whole property.

The pool is set within mature gardens and there are lawned areas on the sides. Next to the pool there is a beautiful covered pergola with comfy furniture for relaxing hours after a dip in the sparkling swimming pool. There is also an adjacent poolside jacuzzi (not heated). The covered terrace has a table tennis table and near to the covered terrace is the barbecue - perfect for al fresco dining.
