Villa Prital is accessed by a long private driveway leading up to a beautiful stone-built 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom country house set in spacious grounds, lying between the historic of town of Pollenca Cala San Vincente where it is renowned for its delightful coves and beaches.
The location of this remarkable villa is set in the most scenic countryside and an enchanting garden with fruit trees (almond, figs and lime), and with it's ponds and paddocks, is there for everyone to enjoy and is within easy access to shops, beach and towns.
The main house has spacious interiors and offers exposed wooden beams, stone walls and arches including a lovely wood burning stove. On the ground floor of the villa there is a living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also one double bedroom with bathroom.
First floor consists of one double and two twin bedrooms, there is also a shared shower room and bathroom.
Enjoy the amazing swimming pool with roman steps where there is also a summer kitchen and barbecue to add to the appeal of this splendid house in such a peaceful and tranquil environment.

Good communication when we booked the finca but when we arrived it wasn't as good. It said on your webpage that there should be a babycot/babychair in the finca but there was none. I had to contact you several times before it was delivered finally thsee more

I had to contact you several times before it was delivered finally the day after our arrival. Problem with the toilet downstairs - there was a guy that looked at it and said it was working but it wasn't - we had to fill a bucket with water and pour into the toilet every time someone used the toilet.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und für unsere ganze große Familie gut ausgestattet. Wir haben dort auch gut zusammen gekocht (Lidl ist ja nur kurz entfernt) und den Pool ausgiebig genutzt. Es ist außerdem ein guter Startpunkt um Strände und andere Stellen der Insel zu erkunden.
