Description
Finding a private, independent villa with private pool for just a couple or a small family is not easy. But Villa Roqueta ticks all the boxes! Villa Roqueta is a sweet and welcoming cottage with private swimming pool, set in a rural location close to the sandy beaches of Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa, perfect to accommodate 2 to 3 guests. Carefully renovated and furnished with antique pieces, the villa is surrounded by extensive gardens with lawn as well as spacious terraces providing unique opportunities for outdoor living.
A short driveway leads up to the entrance of the property, resplendent with beautiful, antique, wooden doors, which in turn leads to the charming open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The wonderful adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and completely separate pantry (a washing machine is available in an outbuilding). Off the lounge, there is the appealingly designed and tiled bathroom (with walk-in shower). Just next to the bathroom is a tastefully decorated double bedroom with fitted wardrobes.
The villa is air-conditioned.
Outside there is a stunning wrap around, covered terrace and a delightful pool area, from where lovely views of the surrounding area can be enjoyed. A lawned area and typical stoned patio surround the pool. This is a truly idyllic location to relax or enjoy the mild Mallorcan weather in total peace and privacy.

There appears to be a wasps nest under the roof tiles and one in the washing machine cupboard. They didn’t bother us but probably need attending to. It would be useful to provide a cool bag and a couple of freezer blocks.

Las picas de la cocina se llenan de agua siempre y sobre todo cuando se utilizan el lavavajillas y la lavadora. La cama se notan mucho los muelles.
