Description
This impressive 2 bedroom Spanish villa is positioned between the Tramuntana Mountain range and the seafront. With a large private swimming pool and a pleasant garden area, there's plenty of space to sunbathe and enjoy the pleasant surroundings. Villa Virrei is a short drive from both Pollensa Old Town and the seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa. Plus, a number of alternative resorts, facilities and beaches are all within easy reach. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi are included.
Entrance
A private gated driveway leads up to the villa, with the swimming pool on the left.
Living space
The traditionally styled living space runs the entire length of the villa and has patio doors on 2 sides which open directly onto the poolside terrace. The dining area is positioned by the entrance to the kitchen which has a smaller breakfast table and a door onto the BBQ and alfresco eating area. On the far side of the lounge is a sitting room with an ornamental fireplace and traditional Majorcan decor. A WC by the staircase completes the ground floor.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
All 2 bedrooms are situated on the first floor. There are 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom which share the facilities of 2 separate bathrooms. Each bedroom has traditional Spanish furniture and built-in wardrobes, with views of the surrounding countryside. There is also a shower room on the ground floor
Swimming pool, BBQ area and outside space
The large private swimming pool is certainly one of the main highlights of Villa Virrei. The surrounding terrace has plenty of space to sunbathe. Or, if you prefer the comfort of the shade, there is also a seating area on the covered wrap-around terrace. The brick BBQ and exterior dining area are to the side of the house.

Die Villa ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet und hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut und man hat alles, was man braucht. Der Pool ist sehr schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Wir hatten einen Stromausfall von 12h, da die Wasseraufbereitungsanlage immer wieder einen Kurzschluss ausgelöst hat. Leider war der Kundenservice und die Kommunikation sehr, sehr schlecht und unfreundlich. Zudem kam, dass wir durch den Stromausfall see more

Leider war der Kundenservice und die Kommunikation sehr, sehr schlecht und unfreundlich. Zudem kam, dass wir durch den Stromausfall viele Lebensmittel entsorgen mussten. Auch hierzu kam nicht mal eine Entschuldigung. Die Zwischenreinigung wurde leider auch nicht wie angekündigt durchgeführt. Wir mussten den nächsten Tag nachfragen, obwohl man sich bei uns melden wollte. Daher gibt es auch hier den Punkt Abzug für die Sauberkeit. Denn wenn ich so einen Service anbiete, muss es auch funktionieren.
